Mood bars taste best when they are at a warm room temperature of 70-80 F (21-27 C). You do not need to microwave Mood Bars unless you like them really warm and soft, or if they just came from a cold weather or your refrigerator. To microwave the Bars, remove the foil wrapper (leave only wax paper) and microwave for 5-10 sec. As always, it is best to put a glass of water in the microwave to ensure that the energy is distributed evenly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every single Mood Protein Bar is made to order! That’s right, we don't make your bar until you order it. Unlike other protein bars that sit in a warehouse for months, Mood Protein Bar lands in your palm just days after it’s been crafted so that you can enjoy it while its fresh and most delicious. And because our bars are meant to be eaten fresh, we don’t sacrifice the taste and nutritional value for extended shelf life.
Absolutely. All our bars have low carb content listed specifically under each flavor’s Nutritional Info for easy calculations of your daily carbs input. But we didn’t stop at just “low” carbs. We are the only brand on the market that allows you to customize the fiber in your bar. To keep the carbs content at its lowest choose Max Fiber option when placing your order. Your bars will be made with non-digestible resistant dextrin (Soluble Tapioca Fiber). Perfect for Keto!
Because all our bars are made to order we do not maintain an inventory for an immediate shipment. We strive to have your order processed within 5-10 business days and ship your bars to you as soon as they were made.
We set a 2-month expiration date on all Mood Bars to ensure that they are at the peak of flavor freshness. Will they go bad after 2 months? Of course not! But the real connoisseurs will start noticing that some flavors begin to fade. Want to keep them delicious for longer? Refrigerate or freeze them. Forgot some bars in a drawer and found a few months later? It will be still safe to eat them though they may feel a bit dry and bland.
